ESH were contracted to investigate a faulty trace heating circuit at the above site, fitted by a local company. We found the the circuit had been connected to two power supplies.

CEF Phase 2 - Harrogate
Supplied and installed trace heating to two external chillers. The system was designed to maintain the pipework temperature at +5°C.

Kronospan Limited - Wrexham
This project included designing, supplying and installing a temperature maintenance system for 20mm stainless steel pipework. The pipework needed to maintain 30°C in a minimum ambient temperature of -15°C.

Supplied and installed frost protection to both the MWS and foul water pipework.

Castle Cement - Mold
For this project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to frost protect the external plastic pipework. 250m of VC heating tape installed.

Supplied and installed frost protection trace heating to the external chilled flow and return pipework on three sections.
