For our second project at this site, ESH supplied and installed both trace heating and thermal insulation on the de-sludge pipeline which ran from the inlet works to the sludge tank feed chamber.

For this local project within the picturesque village of Ironbridge, ESH supplied and completed the installation of a temperature maintenance Trace Heating system for a heavy fuel oil supply pipe line. In total 700m of HFO supply pipework need to maintain +55°C.

Supplied, installed and commissioned trace heating tape to frost protect 30m of 2" pipework on the roof area.

Project scope was to supply and install trace heating tape for the provision of frost protecting the following pipework and vessel:

Designed and supplied a Bio-flex PTFE lined smooth 1.5" bore, 1.3m long  flexible heated hose, for the use on cold water male and female stainless steel fittings.

Supplied 330m of VC20 constant wattage trace heating cable to maintain a temperature of 50°C on 50mm pipework.

Precision Antennas Ltd - Stratford Upon Avon
Designed and supplied 5 x 1.8m/2.2m edge panels (set of 4) and 5 centre panels of the same dimensions, designed to fit to the rear of Satellite Receiving Dish Aerials to prevent ice formation.

Supply tools, materials and labour to install and test a frost protection system on two cold water circuits.

Hinde House School - Sheffield 
ESH were contracted to investigate a faulty trace heating circuit at the above site, fitted by a local company. We found the the circuit had been connected to two power supplies.

CEF Phase 2 - Harrogate
Supplied and installed trace heating to two external chillers. The system was designed to maintain the pipework temperature at +5°C.
